Everyone loses hair.

It is normal to lose about 50-100 hairs every day. There are many causes of hair loss. Women may notice hair loss after giving birth. People under a lot of stress can see noticeable hair loss. Some diseases and medical treatments can cause hair loss. Treatment for hair loss (alopecia) depends on the cause. In some cases, treating the underlying cause will correct the problem.

But today we will be discussing on how onion (and its juice) helps treat hair loss.

The  onion juice is known to enhanced hair growth compared to tap water and this is thought to be linked to these facts:

-The fact that hair loss is caused by the body attacking itself and onion juices contain chemicals that can help slow or stop the immune system from doing this.

-The fact that onions are high on sulfur content, that is why the juice of onions is capable of stimulating hair growth as sulfur helps in increasing blood circulation.

- It also diminishes any kind of skin inflammation due to its antibacterial properties.

- Onion juice makes your hair stronger, opens up the pores of your hair follicles that were blocked and prevents scalp infections at the same time.

- Onion provides nourishment to the hair follicles especially if the nourishment of the hair follicles is being blocked by DHT or by bad diet.
